Today was election day, and it was quite the ordeal to go and vote. I went to the wrong place and en route to the right place to vote we found Uncle Nate running on the shoulder of a busy road, so we gave him a ride to wrestling practice. Then right after we dropped him off, Uncle Nick needed us to come and pick him up from work, b/c Mimi & Papa were at the movies. So we went and got him and finally made it over to the voting place with just 15 minutes to spare. The cute little ladies there offered you a sticker that said “My Vote Counted” but you were being shy and didn’t want one. You were glad when we finally got home and got you a bah bah and got some food in your little tummy.
Tonight you had a change in routine. Instead of covering up your babies with a dishtowel, you covered up Papa instead. You started out covering up his tummy and hitting the dishtowel 3 times.
That got interesting when you covered up his face with the towel and then hit it 3 times! We had to tell you to be soft when you hit the dishtowel.
Then he needed to have his feet covered up. You kept trying to cover his tummy or face until he finally put a big blanket over his face and body and then you finally went down and covered up his feet.
You are the cutest little dishtowel cover uper that ever was! (Is that a word…cover uper? LOL!)
