Sweet Sunday

Today was the 2nd day of General Conference, so we got to stay home from church and watch conference in our jammies. I remember when we used to have to get dressed up and go watch it at the church building. Thank goodness for satellite so we could watch it at home. In between sessions, it was such a gorgeous day, so you wanted to get outside and play. I put you in the swing on the fort in the backyard, but you were NOT liking that. So we tried the trampoline, and you didn't really like that either, even with Emma dog there to keep you company.

So we tried walking down the "aisle". I think this brick walkway with the arches along the side of the house is so pretty.

Then we walked around to the front yard and took a break next to a little frog statue and the pretty flowers.

"Mom, get that camera out of my face. Talk to the hand."

After our little outing, we got cleaned up and I decided to try you with pigtails again since the first time I tried it didn't look too hot.

You were pretty restless and still wanted to be outside, so we went and put our feet in the pool. I thought this pic of your little footprints on the rock were cute.

You've started getting curious and wanting to climb up the stairs. I've got to be better about keeping the baby guard gate up.

But as you can see, you're still just as cute as ever and you are so proud of yourself.

I love these silly little faces that you're starting to make.

"CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESE!!!"

After playing around during the day we took a walk with Grammy & Grandpa around the neighborhood. We had you in your stroller, but that didn't last long b/c you wanted to get out and walk. You're turning into such a big girl and you're growing up right before my eyes.

This is a normal occurrence...we take our your hair out at the end of the day and you walk around with a crazy hairdo. It always makes me smile.

The best was when you were bouncing on your horse and your released pig tails were bouncing in the air. You looked kind of like a mad scientist on a horse. LOL!
