Baby's First New Year's

Your poor little gums are so swollen b/c you're getting molars on the top and bottom. I guess you wanted to show them off for the camera so you could get some sympathy.


Then you were acting like a little ham and just playing it up for the camera.


The adults were having sparkling cider, and you decided that you wanted some, too.


I didn't think you'd like it b/c of the carbonation, but as you can tell from this picture, you just went to town and drank it right out of the bottle.


Then you had to sniff it as if you were a sparkling cider connoisseur.


And here you're examining the label to see if it was a "good year."


I put you to bed after dinner, but wanted to ring in the New Year with you so I was naughty and woke you up. I hope you know that you are the best thing that's ever happened to me and I am so thrilled that I get to be your mom. So here's to 2008 and all the great things that are going to happen to us!
