Longview or Bust

This weekend, Grammy Lisa came and picked you up at day care around 3:00 and brought you to me at work so we could be on the road at 3:30 and miss most of the bad traffic in Dallas. You did a good job traveling in the car for 2 hours and slept most of it. We got to Tara and Michael's, and they had pizza for us. We talked and watched TV and then headed off to bed. Around 3:00 am you threw up all over in the bed, so we cleaned the sheets and got you cleaned up. You were super tired, and Auntie Tara was so sweet to rock you to sleep any time you needed a nap.

You turned 10 months old on Saturday. I can't believe how fast it's gone and how you're growing so much. You are so stinking cute. We got cleaned up and met everyone over at Sam's Club. You got sick there, and threw up all over yourself and into my hands. You'll have to see how many clothes changes you made in just 48 hours.

We then headed over to Whataburger for lunch. That's Grandma Deb's mother, then Grandpa Paul, Grandma Deb, and Uncle Jeremy. They just fussed over you and thought you were so fun.

Here is your 3rd clothes change of the day. And this is your first sippy cup. You did pretty good with it. You LIVED on gatorade while we were there, b/c you kept throwing up milk. Crackers and gatorade only for you.

After that, we were going to go see a movie, but you and Tara weren't feeling well. So we went back to the apartment. Auntie Tara got this little costume for you, and you were the cutest Piglet that ever was.

We put a movie on (Blades of Glory) but everyone was so tired that we all took naps. Uncle Jeremy was so cute with you. (I don't know why the picture has all those lines in it). Even though you weren't feeling too well, you were still a happy girl.

We were getting hungry, so we went to Kobe's Japanese Grill. It was A LOT of fun, and the food was so good. You were chowing down on the fried rice. After that, we went over to Grandma Deb's house. She had a little rocking chair that you sat in and lots of fun things to play with. I love how you're looking her so intently.

From the looks of this picture, I think you were excited to be there. YEAH! We went home and all went to sleep. Luckily you didn't throw up in bed this time.

Tara had this Dean Martin doll that would sing and dance. You LOVED it and would dance along to it and just laugh.

The Three Pink Ladies

This picture sums up the weekend...we partied hard, had a BLAST, and wore you out. Auntie Tara and Uncle Michael were such good hosts and were so good to us. They love you so much and are so wonderful.

THANKS AUNTIE TARA & UNCLE MICHAEL FOR THE FUN WEEKEND!
