You took a turn today

We had a lot of visitors today, and I didn't really get to hold you too much, because everyone else wanted a turn to love on you. And I know that you're mine for forever, so I let them have a turn loving on you. Anyways, when I finally got you back at the end of the day I was super surprised. You had grown up! I don't know how to explain it, but you seemed so much older and had grown that day! Grammy Lisa said you "took a turn" and that it happens a lot with babies. All of a sudden one day you grow up or mature right before our eyes. Well today was your first "turn" and it was neat to recognize but at the same time it made me sad that you're not even a week old yet and you're already growing up on me! :)
