TX/WY TRIPS & HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Well Happy Birthday to me. Grammy Lisa called and said she found a cheap ticket from SLC to Dallas and she wanted to fly me home for my birthday. I checked with Dad and he was planning on going to WY with Uncle Steven anyways to visit some family that weekend. So I told Grammy Lisa it was a go. I flew out Saturday morning and flew back Tuesday morning. What made it even more fun was that Aunt Lexie and Baby Andrew were there visiting at the same time. It was so fun and relaxing to be home. We did a lot of eating out (Chipotle's) and shopping (Sam Moon's) and talking and laughing.

I got back Tuesday morning and went right into work. But when I got home, Dad had some great surprises for me. He had carved me a big old pumpkin that said Happy Birthday. And he also got me some new scriptures, a dozen GORGEOUS long stemmed red roses with balloons, a card, and a framed picture of our wedding. What a sweet heart. Being away from him for the first time really made me realize how much I love him and how happy I am that I am married to him. It's true what they say...absence makes the heart grow fonder.
